Sterling Integrator Technical Lead

Position Summary
As an Sterling Integrator Technical Lead, you will be working on IBM B2B Sterling Integrator (SI) Suite, containing Sterling Control Center (SCC) and Sterling File Gateway (SFG). You will lead large integration projects, work on various platforms, and utilize home-grown applications.
You will utilize your technical SI background to partner with project teams and provide solutions to complex technical requirements, business requirements or client needs. This could include technical design, problem resolution, implementation and operational issues.
You will perform business process assessment and analysis, gap analysis, systems design and development. You will develop test plans and scripts for UNIT/SIT/UAT and regression testing. You will conduct code reviews, trading partner management, EDI (834,835,810,857,) and flat file mapping.
This position is located in Buffalo Grove, IL.
Additional responsibilities of the Sterling Integrator Team Lead include:
Partnering with various levels of staff from business and technical areas.
Providing a solutions approach for problem statement.
Developing technical designs for application improvements and maintenance.
Performing coding, unit testing, and integration testing.
Conducting technical reviews.
Applying Business Process Modeling Language (BPML) for adding group messaging, data messaging, and creating adapters which will be set up as BPs to call new scripts.

Preferred Qualifications
ITXA Hands-on Mapping experience
Required Qualifications
5
years' experience with IBM B2B SI Mapping, BPML, IBM B2B SI Queue Management, and performance tuning database management systems for file mapping.
