Working hours: Minimum 30 hrs/wk, most likely 40hrs/wk
Pay: $10.50/hr
The manager is looking for a contractor who is dependable, eager to learn/ fast learner with great problem solving skills. Customer service experiences a must - financial institution experience an asset. Due to the duties and responsibilities of this role, the contractor must have great analytic skills, pays attention to details, exceptional organizations skills and be able to work under a deadline/pressure.
This role will involve many back office tasks to support the front end bankers. They will be responsible for creating reports and checking/validating details within them . They must be computer savvy as they will be working with internal systems to pull data, complete investigations and follow through processes to complete any requests. They will be responsible for scheduling and confirming appointments between external clients and bankers (via email). They will be managing emails that comes into the main mailbox and completing the request (example: client may email and ask for specific bank documents, contractor must locate files, send to specific requester). They will also be responsible for two mail runs daily. They will be managing the mail cart, sort mail and delivery to appropriate departments. Candidates must be able to lift up to 10lbs.
Education/Experience. High School Diploma or equivalent required.
5+ years of RELATED customer service experience required

Previous experience with computer applications, such as Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
