Position reports to the Dir of Sales and Marketing
Job Description
1) Sales Presentations and Product Line Reviews
1.Develop Sales Presentations for all product lines
2.Consolidate and publish customer line review (PLRs) dates
3.Advanced knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint required

2) Customer POS maintenance
1.Capture and analyze customer POS (Sales), inventory levels, price points
2.Analysis of sales trends, changes and opportunities

3) Customer Pricing
1.Maintain Customer Pricing Files
2.Work with Sales, Customer and Accounting to ensure accuracy of customer pricing

4) Monthly Internal Reports
1.Sales vs Budget Reports
2.Cost and profitability analysis / reporting

5) Product setup information
1.Provide SKU setup information to customers (UPC #, measurements, etc)
2.Work with Purchasing / Product Management on identifying, correcting and updating product information within SAP
3.Complete and maintain general company vendor setup paperwork

6) Sample Management
1.Process and track requests for product samples from sales team, reps and customers
2.Manage sample inventory at Corporate Show Room

7) Independent Sales Representatives
1.Work with sales team to maintain active rep contact listing
2.Manage the communication of company promotions, new product launches, etc. to Independent Reps
3.Maintain the database of Independent Rep Agreements

8) Trade Show
1.Work with sales team to manage Trade Show schedule dates and times
2.Assist with Trade Show organization
3.Manage and ship Catalogs, Product Samples, etc.
4.Assist in the development of show promotions and specials
Qualifications

Qualifications:
Ability to work under tight deadlines
4 Year college degree
1-2 Years work experience
Proficient in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word)
SAP Experience a plus
Highly motivated, well-organized
Self-starter and requires minimal supervisionEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
