- Verify the accuracy of guest accounts and resolve any discrepancies - Prepare and distribute daily reports to management and other departments - Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints in a professional and timely manner - Check in customers using computer programs and equipment and provide guests with directions to their room - Maintain knowledge of hotel services, amenities, and local attractions to provide accurate information to guests - Operate phone systems and handle incoming calls during your shift - Handle and resolve guest complaints using the LEARN technique - Ensure the safety and security of guests by monitoring surveillance cameras and reporting any suspicious activity
Experience:
- Previous experience in a similar role preferred but not required - Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently - Excellent customer service and communication skills - Proficient in using computer systems and software applications Lightspeed is a plus - Ability to handle cash transactions accurately Please note that this is an overnight shift position.
