We are currently seeking Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBA) to join our growing team and help us continue to deliver high-quality, evidence-based interventions.
As a BCBA at Roots Autism Solutions, you will:
- Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify individual strengths and areas for growth.
- Develop customized behavior intervention plans tailored to each client's unique needs and goals.
- Implement and monitor behavior intervention plans, collecting and analyzing data to track progress.
- Collaborate closely with families, caregivers, and interdisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated care and maximize outcomes.
- Provide supervision and mentorship to Behavior Technicians and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs), fostering their professional growth and development.

Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field.
- Current certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) or eligible to sit for the exam within 3 months.
- Experience working with children with autism.
