As a Young Adult Outpatient Therapist at our Teen & Young Adult Outpatient Treatment Center, you'll be a pivotal figure in the lives of young adults (ages 18-30) who are navigating the challenges of addiction, trauma, and mental health disorders.
Your impact will be direct and meaningful, as you provide crucial support to these individuals during their journey to recovery.
Our comprehensive programming is centered around personalized care, designed to meet clients where they are and guide them towards healing.
Beyond individual therapy, our offerings include group therapy, family sessions, transitional living options, and vocational/life skill development.

Your Impact:
Be a beacon of hope for young adults facing substance use and mental health challenges.
Facilitate 3-hour clinical group sessions three times a week, in addition to providing individual therapy for clients in programming.
Oversee and guide the development of treatment plans, tracking progress for your designated case load.
We're Looking for Someone Who Holds clinical licensure (LPC, LCSW, LMFT) / Provisional licenses will also be considered.
Brings previous experience in substance abuse treatment, with a preference for detox or residential setting experience.
Showcases proficiency in evidence-based practices including Motivational Interviewing, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and Dialectical Behavior Therapy.
Demonstrates strong documentation skills.

Compensation and Benefits $60,000-74,000 Annual Salary (salary determined by licensed experience)
